One year that revolves around you
Rabobank has launched an ambitious new programme for graduates: Rabo Global Traineeship. One year that revolves around you.
During this year, you and Rabobank will explore where you and your talents are the best fit and discover where your head and heart lie. You will get to know the entire Rabobank organisation, giving you and us the chance to find out where your talents are best utilised and where you can make the greatest impact for our clients, each other and the world around us.
After completing the Rabo Global Traineeship, a world of opportunities will be open to you that are in line with your wishes and Rabobank’s ambitions. You will be able to take challenging next steps across the width and breadth of the bank that correspond with your development. A few examples of these opportunities include: working as an analyst on complex corporate finance deals, a project management position within our InnoHub and a position as relationship manager or risk analyst.
You can’t wait to jumpstart your career, but the question at this point is where’s the best place for you. And very important, you have ideas about how to enable Rabobank to fulfil its mission to play a committed role in society and to help solve the global food issue.
The Rabo Global Traineeship is about your development. In a customized programme every trainee follows its own journey with three or four different projects in the Netherlands or abroad, trainings, personal development and guidance from four different tutors.
The vacancy will be open until 20th of August. Please be aware that due to the limited available positions for the class of October 2018, applications are managed on a first come, first served basis. When we have reached the sufficient number of candidates, we reserve the right to close the vacancy before the final deadline. So if you are interested, don't hesitate and apply!
During one year you will work on three or four different projects in the Netherlands or abroad.
These projects consist of assignments of three months each to get to know our organisation. Your final assignments will be a six- or three month assignment to determine in what field you would like to make your next career move.
During these assignments you will work closely with local, national and global professionals, giving you the chance to build an extensive network right from the start.
During your traineeship you will receive personal guidance from five different tutors, each with a different point of view.
- A buddy as your first point of contact
- A young talent manager to guide you
- A supervisor to help you with your projects and assignments.
- A mentor to help you develop
- An external coach to help you zoom out and analyse.
20% of your time will be devoted to personal development, training, education and guidance of your development plan. You will design your own training programme based on the future role you would like to play.
In addition to the assignments, the training programme will also be closely supervised. Mentoring is an important part of the development plan. This development doesn’t stop after you complete your traineeship, because personal and professional development is at the core of our working method at Rabobank, during every step of your career. Why? Because we believe that by continually developing ourselves, as professionals and human beings, we can make the greatest impact for our clients, each other and the world around us.
