The Chief Risk Officer is responsible for identifying, analyzing and mitigating internal and external events that can threaten Rabobank.
We are looking for ambitious young professionals with a variety of different backgrounds, both beta as well as alpha! The Young Professional Program within the CLR domain offers various positions for instance in the Risk of Audit department.
The next starting date for the Young Professional Program will be sometime in October 2018. Exact dates depend on which program you eventually join.
The young professional program is meant for ambitious starters with 0-2 years of working experience and an interest in banking and the financial sector. Key requirement is that you have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a master. Furthermore you are competent in both Dutch and English. More important than your academic background is that you are enthusiastic, learn fast and are able to stand your ground when challenged. You like to take initiative and have a proactive approach. Besides this, you identify with Rabobank’s two core competences Collaboration and Customer Focus.
As a young professional within the CRO domain, a mentor will be assigned to you who will coach you during the program and help you with developing your career path, in addition an assigned buddy (like minded colleague) will help you with other practical matters. Furthermore based on your interest and background, you have the opportunity to customize the program and design your own career path.
